40 ans – 40 réserves – Rossmillen

La réserve naturelle de 18,57 ha de « Rossmillen » est composé de trois grands étangs artificiels, d’une prairie humide et d’une grande zone forestière. Cette zone humide est utilisé comme lieu de repos et de nidification pour une multitude d’espèces d’oiseaux liées à ce biotope particulier. On peut y observer la cigogne noire (Ciconia nigra), la grande aigrette (Ardea alba), le cormoran (Phalacrocorax carbo), le grèbe castagneux (Tachybaptus ruficollis), la sarcelle d’hiver (Anas crecca) ou le martin-pêcheur (Alcedo atthis).

The 18,57 ha nature reserve « Rossmillen » consists of three large artificial ponds, a wet meadow and a large forest area. This wetland is used as a resting and nesting place for a multitude of bird species linked to this particular biotope. One can observe the black stork (Ciconia nigra), the great egret (Ardea alba), the cormorant (Phalacrocorax carbo), the little grebe (Tachybaptus ruficollis), the common teal (Anas crecca) or the kingfisher (Alcedo atthis).

Das 18,57 ha große Naturschutzgebiet « Rossmillen » besteht aus drei großen künstlich angelegten Teichen, einer Feuchtwiese und einem großen Waldgebiet. Dieses Feuchtgebiet wird als Rast- und Nistplatz für eine Vielzahl von Vogelarten genutzt, die an dieses besondere Biotop gebunden sind. Man kann hier den Schwarzstorch (Ciconia nigra), den Silberreiher (Ardea alba), die Kormoran (Phalacrocorax carbo), den Zwergtaucher (Tachybaptus ruficollis), die Krickente (Anas crecca) oder den Eisvogel (Alcedo atthis) beobachten.
